1. What Tradocus is

Tradocus is a trading journal and portfolio tracker. It helps you record trades, follow positions and review your results.

2. Not investment advice

Nothing in Tradocus is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Tradocus is not a licensed investment adviser or broker. Statistics, charts and alerts are tools for your own analysis, and every trading decision is yours alone. Trading involves risk, including the loss of your entire investment.

3. Market data

Prices and company data come from third-party providers and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on them as your only source when making a trading decision. Price alerts and automatic-order features depend on this data and on third-party services, and may fire late, fire incorrectly or not fire at all.

4. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• Give accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5. Broker connections and automatic orders

If you connect a broker account or set up automatic orders, you authorise Tradocus to act on your instructions with that broker. You are responsible for reviewing every rule you set and every order that results from it. We are not responsible for losses caused by broker outages, rejected orders, data errors or delays.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or anyone else's rights while using the service.
• Try to access other users' data, or probe, scan or attack the service.
• Scrape, resell or redistribute the service or its market data.
• Upload malicious code or overload the service with automated requests.

7. Your content

The data you enter stays yours. You give us only the rights we need to store it, process it and show it back to you in order to run the service. The Tradocus software, brand and design belong to us.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Tradocus available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We keep regular backups but cannot guarantee that data will never be lost, so keep your own records of important information.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Tradocus and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, if anything.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Tradocus and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant we will let you know, and continuing to use the service after the change takes effect means you accept it.
